I have 2 rooms for rent in North Bonneville. I’ve recently been renting this space on AirBnB. Now that summer is ending, I’m looking to switch to housemates for the fall and winter. I live on the main floor and you would have the entire upstairs. Which has 2 bedrooms, each with it’s own private balcony with amazing views. There’s a full bath, large “Great Room” with vaulted ceilings. As well as a large kitchen/dining room. Id prefer one party to rent the entire space. But I’m open to 2 parties renting separately if it’s a good fit for all parties. No smoking in the house. Quiet neighborhood that backs up to the Pierce Wildlife refuge. 25 minutes to Hood River, OR. 45 minutes to downtown PDX, OR. References, 1st/last and deposit required. $850 for one room. $1600 for both. All utilities included. This is essentially a separate apartment that shares a common entrance on the main floor.
