With school back in session and the mornings turning cool and crisp, now is a great time to nourish ourselves – and to stock up our kitchens and medicine cabinets to be ready for those pesky bugs when they start going around.

Workshop will be hosted by Amanda Daniel, herbalist, gardener, mother and the woman behind Bearfoot Botanicals, a line of small batch, hand crafted herbal remedies. Amanda has been working with plants her whole life, studying herbalism for 15 years, and loves to share her passion for plants and healing with people.
