Brand New Studio with Sleeping Loft

Partially furnished studio apartment with sleeping loft for rent, located in the Hood River heights. I’m open to a 6 month or 1 year lease, but I am ideally looking for someone who wants to stick around. If you’d prefer to use the loft for additional storage, the couch is a pull out couch. I’m also open to helping with additional furniture. 

The studio is on my property, so there’s a shared yard and gear storage, as well as laundry, and the off street parking. No pets please. The studio is relatively small, so I’m looking for a single renter. $2000 a month, plus utilities (approximately $80 per month) and an initial $1000 refundable deposit.
