Converted to a camper van 3 years ago by the previous owner.  Looking for its new home where it will be loved and used as intended.  Perfect for traveling, or park and live out of. Everything you need is included!

It can be ran off high end battery for up to a week off the grid. It can be charged electrically or with included solar panels.

Many living features, all fairly new and barely used if at all: Water tank w/shower attachment, portable toilet (new), TV, DVR, pull out futon, cook top burner, propane heater, lots of storage, microwave, fridge.

We bought this 2 summers ago with plans to travel.  Work situation changed, so we have not used it as planned. We have put less than 100 miles on it since purchased.  Maintenance records from local shop available.
