Fifth Wheel Trailer

2012 Cedar Creek 36CKTS triple slide fifth wheel. 

Newer tires, New 6 volt deep cycle batteries, 3 year old 4 door propane/electric fridge, New Sumo Springs and wet bolt kits, 2 ACs, Fireplace, pop up tv, king size bed, tons of storage, Electric patio awning, window awnings, 12 gallon water heater. We spent winters in Arizona with it and it was very comfortable. No leaks. Roof in excellent shape. Carpet is worn but I am including enough vinyl locking flooring to do the downstairs. Trailer is still being cleaned. Older non smoking couple with small dogs. Will sell the truck after trailer sells, or package deal. Can deliver within a reasonable distance. Clear title.
