Providence is looking for a FULL TIME Maintenance Tech to join our AMAZING team at Providence Down Manor on the Heights in Hood River.
Pay: Depending on experience, min. $20
Associate Facilities Technician at Providence Down Manor – Hood River (Full-Time with Benefits, Day Schedule Sunday/Monday 10-6:30p, T-TH 8-4:30p)
Maintains, inspects and repairs cold/hot water distribution systems, fixtures, sewer systems, fire extinguishing systems, fire drills, and mechanical equipment. Performs minor remodeling, painting, and minor repairs. Is responsible for floor care, and apartment turnover. Will be responsible for special projects throughout the facility. Participates in irrigation care.
