The Night Cleaner ensures that standards of cleanliness are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service, within established time limits.
Job Description:
Kitchen:
- Sweep and mop the kitchen, front line, bake shop, banquet prep area, and RRL kitchen.
- Rinse trash cans.
- Scrub burners and replace foil.
- Clean stainless steel.
- Empty ice wells and clean backsplashes.
- Wash and hose off floor mats.
- Clean and hose off dishwashing station.
- Empty trash cans and re-line.
- Miscellaneous clean-up.
- Clean vents and drains.
- Wash walls and hose off mats.
Public Areas:
- Clean and restock all public bathrooms.
- Respond to any guest issues and report to the night auditor immediately.
- Report any maintenance repairs as observed.
- Vacuum and clean floors of the Dining Room and River Rock Lounge.
- Maintain cleanliness of all windows, glass, and doors in public areas.
- Buff and wax floors.
- Clean overhead lights.
- Spa:
- Clean floor mats and mop floor.
- Power wash around the deck
- Clean lights.
- Clean Sauna
Miscellaneous:
- Assists with cleaning the guest rooms in the evening if an unexpected need occurs after the Room Attendants are gone for the day.
- Check all doors at night to ensure the hotel is secure.
- Perform Security Checks.
Compensation:
16.78 per hour
