Prep Cook/Chef

Henni’s is in need of a daytime prep cook.  4-5 days a week, we need someone who is reliable, experienced and willing to learn our recipes and techniques.  Want to learn the make fresh gnocchi? Like to bake cakes, and prep sauces and dressings? Grind beef and portion fish? We need you!  Come work for Chef Christiaan Erasmus in his restaurant Henni’s Kitchen and Bar.  Send resume and come chat with him any day before 3pm.
