Parts + Labour women’s clothing boutique in downtown Hood River is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic part- time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Duties
– Assist customers with product inquiries and make recommendations based on their needs.
– Conduct product demos and provide detailed product information to customers.
– Process sales transactions, handle cash, and operate a cash register accurately.
– Maintain stock levels and perform stockroom duties to ensure inventory is organized and easily accessible.
– Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
– Provide feedback on products and services to improve customer satisfaction.
– Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer service.
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 16 – 20 per week
