Hi There, I have 1 room for rent!Available Sept 1st! The room can be furnished, or unfurnished, and has 2 closets, 1 larger and 1 small.I’m looking for at least a 6 month rental agreement.The house has a large living room, a dinning room, 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer and a kitchen with a dishwasher. There’s a bbq, and shed for storage if you have gear. Seeking tidy, friendly, responsible, reliable, employed adult. No smoking, no pets, sorry. I‚’d like to create a friendly and mellow environment in the house. I have 2 cats, so I’m also  looking for cat lovers. $750 plus utilities.
