Small Home for single person + 2 small pets

I’ve just moved to the area with my (6 year old, 16lb) dog & (10 years old, sleeps 95% of the day) cat and am actively looking for a place to rent for us at the end of September/beginning of October. 

I work full time in the service industry and need a small space to lay my head down at night. Hoping to find a mother-in-law or apartment style place. Can be temporary through the winter! Open to whatever works best for everyone. Looking in White Salmon, Bingen, Hood River, Mosier, or anything relatively close to Hood River as that’s where I work and don’t have 4 wheel drive to deal with the snow in the winter. 

I’m a responsible tenant, I’ve always paid my rent on time, like to leave things as I found them, and both of my pets are older & house trained extremely well. I am open to a higher rent cost.
