We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented and customer focused individual to join our team as a Spa Supervisor! As a Spa Supervisor, you are responsible for leading the Spa team to enhance the guest experience within the resort/hotel spa and ensuring those guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by engaging with the guests in a courteous and efficient manner. The Spa Supervisor will lead all operational aspects of the spa and fitness center to include the Spa Attendants. They will be working closely with different members of our team, so they will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.
Your role:
- Acts as host/hostess by welcoming guests, solving minor problems, and ensuring guests have a great experience.
- Performs human resource functions for staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating.
- Registers guests in and out of the spa. Establishes and secures proper guest credit. Handles any billing questions and inquiries.
- Solves guest-related problems within scope of authority, including complaints and billing discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail area, shelves must be completely dusted twice a week and wiped down daily.
- Responsible for calling groups a week in advance to ensure all details are set.
- Hourly rounds of the facility, emptying garbage cans, checking for towels, restocking robes and replenishing products in locker rooms.
- Order supplies and take inventory.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour + Commission!
