Resident Services Assistant/Activities & Transportation Coordinator at Providence Senior Village – Full-Time, Day Schedule Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm
This position is constantly on the go! From helping with activities, to shopping trips around town, decorating for the next big party, to driving and picking up our residents from local doctor appointments. All in a day’s work!
We’re looking for somebody with high energy, great work ethic, friendly and one who can move from task to task seamlessly.
This position helps with the planning, organizing, and implementing of all facility sponsored activity programs for the residents of Providence Down Manor and Brookside Manor. Transports residents to appointments and completes all transports for Senior Village. When transporting is fully responsible for the residents including assisting with transfers and personal care needs. Manages the transportation schedule for Senior Village. Maintains vehicles and maintenance for all vehicles. This position will work in all three buildings, independent living (Down Manor), Assisted Living/Memory Care (Brookside Manor) and Sunshine Club (Adult Daycare).

Required qualifications:
- First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of hire
- Demonstrated experience in transporting people with special needs.
- Five (5) years Driving experience.
- Three (3) years’ experience working with senior citizens.
Pay Range: $15-22
