Master bedroom available in a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhome located in Central Hood River. I will be out of town for the winter and I’m looking to rent out my fully furnished bedroom to a member of the community.
The room includes a connected private bathroom, a queen size bed, and a view of Mt Adams.
The home would be shared with one female roommate in her 40s who has a well behaved and quiet dog. There is also one male in his 20s. Both work in town and are quiet and respectful of everyone in the house. They are both active and enjoy all the outdoor activities that the gorge has to offer.
We are looking for someone who is mature, dependable, trustworthy, clean, and respectful to share the home with. Outdoor enthusiasts would be an ideal fit. We love having great conversations and occasional dinner get togethers with friends. We aren’t looking to host parties at the house, but we do love being social. We want you to be comfortable in the home and enjoy sharing the space while also respecting the home and treating it with care.
– The room is available from mid October (exact day negotiable) through the end of March or April. Happy to discuss what works for you.
– Utilities will be split evenly 3 ways including internet, electricity, sewer, water, and trash
– $900 security deposit due before move in
– Renters insurance required
