We understand that using a classifieds page can bring up many questions. To make your experience as smooth and straightforward as possible, we've compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions and their answers. Remember, our classifieds page is designed to be user-friendly and secure, but the more knowledge you have, the better your experience will be. So take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the FAQs.   • Yes, our Classifieds site will require all users to pay something in order to post. You can sign up for a package and see our pricing here

  • Your username should be the same. You should have received an email to your email address/username to reset your password. Once you click that link, you should be good to go! If you cannot find the email and need to reset your password, go to the login page here and click "Forgot password."

  • I'm sorry for the lack of response from our customer support team. Due to the high volume of inquiries we are receiving during the website launch, response times may be longer than usual. However, I assure you that we are committed to addressing your concerns. We will email you back within 48 hours.

  • To create an account, click on the 'Register' button on our homepage. You'll be asked to provide some basic information including your name, an email address, and a password. Follow the prompts, then check your email for a confirmation link to activate your account.

  • After logging into your account, click on the 'Post Ad' button. Fill in the form with all the necessary details about the item or service you are offering. Remember to include clear photos and a comprehensive description to attract potential buyers.

  • You can edit or delete your ad from your account dashboard. Simply click the “Manage Ads” button on the left panel of your account, find the ad you wish to change or remove, and click on the 'Edit' or 'Delete' button respectively. Video Tutorial at the bottom of the page

  • You can re-activate an ad from your account dashboard. Simply click the “Manage Ads” button on the left panel of your account, find the ad you wish to re-activate click the three dots, then click on "Active" Video Tutorial at the bottom of the page

  • To respond to an ad, click on the 'Contact Seller' button on the ad's page. You can then send a message directly to the seller to inquire about the item or service.

  • If you encounter an ad or user that seems suspicious, please click on the 'Report' button associated with that ad or user profile. Follow the prompts to provide details of your concerns. Our team will investigate the situation promptly.

  • It's important to meet in a safe, public location if possible, or ensure you are comfortable with the environment for the transaction. Never send money in advance. Inspect the item thoroughly before payment and trust your instincts. If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.

  • Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Account’ page or your ‘Account Dashboard.’ Here you can change your email, photo, location, and other account information. Always remember to save any changes you make and don’t share any information in your Introduction that you don’t want other users to view.

  • On the login page, click the 'Forgot Password?' link. Enter your email address and follow the prompts to reset your password. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new one.

  • Login to your account and navigate to your account Dashboard by clicking the ‘My Profile’ button. From there, select the ‘Subscription’ drop down and then choose ‘Upgrade/Downgrade’ and follow the prompt to select your new subscription.
