The Iconica’s design blends art, sculpture, and utility, flowing together to reflect the natural environment, enhance the community, and create an authentic experience for those who stay.Offering now a few long term suites (1 year lease), available now and some options for shorter monthly contracts.We offer 2 bedroom suites ($2200/m on a 1 year lease), 1 bedroom suites ($1700/m on a 1 year lease) and studios ($1500/m on a 1 year lease). Each suite has a full kitchen, and is fully furnished. The bedrooms have memory foam mattresses. We also provide a smart TV that you can use with your subscriptions.
