I have 2 rooms for rent in my house. I live downstairs and you will have the entire upstairs to yourself. The space has 2 bedrooms, both with private balcony facing/backing up to the Pierce Wildlife Refuge. This space offers amazing views, private full bath, “Great Room” with vaulted ceilings. This space is fully furnished. This is a 6 month lease. I’d prefer to rent the space to one party, but I am open to two different roommates sharing the space if it is a good fit for all parties involved. Although there is not a separate entrance, I have the downstairs area door-off for more privacy.  First/Last & Security Deposit Required. $850 for one person, 1550 for both rooms. Utilities included (WiFi, Water, Electricity & Gas)
