Stevenson room/home for rent

Cute vintage style home with private room available November 1st. Conveniently located just off of route 14, about 1 mile east of Stevenson. Plenty of outdoor space with beautiful trees and seasonal fruit.

I will be working out of town and would only be home a maximum of three days a week (usually less), so you would mostly have the house to yourself.

Water (well) and laundry facilities are included. Fully equipped kitchen. You would be responsible for half of the electric bill each month. Currently no TV or internet, so those would be 100% up to you, if desired. Heat is primarily wood stove so you must be comfortable with safely starting and maintaining fires. Electric/infrared heaters available as supplementary options.

The room has lots of natural light and some furnishings can be provided if needed.

Month to month unless you prefer the security of a lease period (dates negotiable).

Your occasional housemate (me/she/her) is quiet, neat, outdoorsy, honest, and friendly but not very social. Enjoys books and records over digital entertainment. Vegetarian (other vegetarians preferred, but not necessary).

No strong perfume/cologne scents or smoking allowed indoors. No dogs. Stairway entry.
