Position: Spa Reception Agent
As a Spa Reception Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of our spa, expertly handling reservations for deluxe spa packages and individual treatments. Your role involves providing personalized product and treatment recommendations, enhancing our guests’ wellness journey, and ensuring an authentic, memorable spa experience. Additionally, you’ll oversee daily pool operations, including maintaining safety protocols, cleanliness, towel supplies, and general operational tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally.
- Attend all department meetings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area, performing thorough dusting twice weekly and daily upkeep.
- Contact guest groups in advance to finalize reservations and special requests.
- Regularly clean and maintain front desk, pool area, fitness center, and spa.
- Conduct hourly facility rounds to empty trash bins, replenish towels, robes, and locker room amenities.
- Assist management in coordinating spa group schedules.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory.
- Adhere strictly to opening and closing procedures.
Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: $16.66/hour
- Commission:
- $7.00 per 50-minute service booked
- $9.00 per 80-minute service booked

Qualifications:
- Valid CPR Certification or ability to obtain one
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to confidently explain, recommend, and promote spa services and products
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
