Front desk associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Assist in managing the daily operations of all areas of the Front Desk, Bell Staff and PBX departments and to maintain the integrity of daily routines, checklists, guest issues and service standards. Ensure a quality and unique service experience. Work to maximize guest satisfaction and handle daily departmental objectives.
