Cleaner for Short Term Rental in Lyle WA

We’re seeking a reliable, professional cleaner for our newly remodeled Airbnb in downtown Lyle. This 900 sq ft property features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90 per cleaning (estimating 2-2.5 hours)
• $30 additional fee when guests bring pets (goes directly to you)
• 3% monthly revenue bonus when all guests leave 5-star reviews (for the cleanliness rating)
• Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit through Gusto

Responsibilities:

• Complete cleaning of the property between guests
• Laundry service using on-site washer/dryer, or combination of on-site and at-home
• Inventory management and updates on toiletries, kitchen basics, and other supplies
• Arrange for backup coverage during vacations, illness, etc.
• Future: Hot tub maintenance including chemical balancing, cleaning, and water changes (additional compensation to be negotiated upon installation)
