Banquet Server

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Provide attentive, professional service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly. 
•  Maintain positive guest relations and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction. 
•  Answer guest questions about hotel services and local attractions. 
•  Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and sanitary. 
•  Comply with all state liquor laws, including restrictions on serving minors or intoxicated guests. 
•  Complete pre-event preparation and assist with event setup and breakdown. 
•  Greet guests, assist with seating, and provide table service as required. 
•  Serve food and beverages according to event specifications. 
•  Clear tables and remove equipment and linens following service procedures. 
•  Set up, maintain, and break down coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet stations as required for events.
