After School Program Coordinator
Little Oak Montessori School is seeking a thoughtful, capable After School Program Coordinator to design and lead a vibrant after-school program for the 2026-27 school year. We have two campuses—one serving PreK–Kindergarten and one serving 1st–6th grade, and this role will be placed on one campus, working alongside a counterpart to ensure both programs are aligned in quality, structure, and values.
This role calls for someone who can build a robust, engaging program that draws children in, fosters meaningful activity, and reflects the values of a Montessori environment. The ideal candidate brings both creativity and strong leadership—someone who can confidently manage group dynamics, guide children toward safe and respectful behavior, and create a calm, well-supervised space at the end of the school day.
This FT position begins June 2026, schedule TBD.
