Description

Hood River Organic is seeking a PT office admin with office skills to join our team. You will correspond with customers & vendors via email and phone, co-manage online store, and contribute to office functionality. 

Potential to work hybrid from home/office: PT farm office 2 days +/- 10 hrs/week. Following a six-week trial period, we will conduct a productivity review to assess performance and discuss potential part-time remote work for additional +/-10 hrs/week.

Responsibilities:

  1. Email, 
  2. Customer service
  3.  food purchasing / food inventory
  4. CSAware

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual Spanish/English
  2. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate .
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  5. Social media skills a plus for work from home.

20+hrs /wk potentail
