Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

  • Circulates through each dining area to ensure guest satisfaction.  Sincerely seeks guest comments and quickly and willingly handles any complaints. 
  • Checks outlets, service, and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set up, and sufficient supplies and equipment.
  • Performs functions for staff, including scheduling, evaluating, and training
  • Works with the Outlets manager to monitors the profitability of functions to ensure quality and portion control while minimizing waste and broken or lost supplies
  • Maintains cleanliness through direct visual inspection continually during all hours of operation
  • Updates prices and menu items accordingly
  • Inspects food products to ensure quality, quantity, and palatability guidelines are followed
  • Works with the outlet manager to help design concepts for promotional efforts
  • Holds periodic meetings with staff to review past and future performance of service, quality, and general information concerning guest and employee relations

What are we looking for?

  • WA Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • WA MAST card (or ability to obtain)
  • This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years job-related experience
