Founded in 2008, Everybody’s Brewing has grown froma small-town pub into a leader in the Gorge restaurant and brewing industry.Everybody’s is a year-round destination for residents and tourists alike andhas firmly established itself as an indispensable part of the Gorge community. Locatedin the close-knit and picturesque community of White Salmon, Everybody’sis dedicated tofostering positive experiences by offering top-quality beer and food in awelcoming environment, produced and served by passionate, creative people.
In collaboration with experiencedand engaged owners, the general manager is responsible for overseeing allaspects of brewpub operations, including supervising a team of approximately 70dedicated and talented employees (some of whom have been employed for more thana decade). The ideal candidate has management experience in a high-volumerestaurant and is adept at balancing an active pub presence withbehind-the-scenes administrative duties. Providing the most enjoyable guestexperience possible is paramount, and a successful general manager has a keeneye on daily operations while devising innovative ways to increase revenue andattract new customers.
This is a salaried position ($70,000to $85,000, dependent on experience) with an excellent benefits package thatincludes sick leave accrual, a generous amount of paid vacation time,employer-contributed health insurance, a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan, andsubstantial food, beverage, and merchandise discounts.
