We are looking for people who have these qualities, and are accepting applications for two Community Health Workers, in Klickitat County, Washington. These part-time positions support individuals and families. You will link people to services to help them alleviate stress and improve their health. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently throughout the community, and you will work with representatives from various agencies. Prior experience is not required – training will be provided. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important. You should be comfortable working with computers and electronic records.
This part-time position includes remote work and a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation is important, as you will be traveling to meet with clients. Mileage reimbursement is included. Preferences given for bi-lingual English/Spanish speaker and community members with lived/living experience. High School Diploma or GED preferred. At WAGAP, we are a team that values one another. This is a part-time position, 29 hours a week, $20.24/hour. and includes pto accrued benefits.
