Pay: $22–$24/hour depending on skill

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and guest orders

• Ensure food quality and consistency

• Select fresh ingredients and prepare a variety of foods

• Store, label, and rotate food according to health standards

• Minimize waste and control food costs

• Support kitchen operations with proficiency in hot and cold food preparation

Requirements:

• WA food handler card or ability to obtain

• Prior resort or high-volume restaurant cooking experience preferred

• Intermediate to expert knife skills and safety knowledge

• Working knowledge of kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, broilers, kettles, steamers, etc.)

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Ability to read recipes and follow measurement instructions accurately

• Additional language skills preferred
