Entry Level Cook

We are looking to hire multiple cooks who are passionate about the culinary arts to join our Culinary team. This individual must be creative, motivated, and passionate about growing their talents in the kitchen!

Your Role:

• Apply basic knife skills required for preparation of hot and cold foods.
• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guide.
• Working independently at a workstation prepping menu items.
• Consistently practice safe and sanitary food handling techniques.
• Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and Hotel requirements.
• Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
• Participating in team meetings.
• Establish & maintain solid work relationships, through communication, cooperation, and positive interaction with team members and all other departments.
• Work with others to prevent problems and find a solution when issues arise.

Hours:

Full Time & Part Time Available

This is a 24-7, 365 day a year business that will require some work during evenings, weekends and holidays. A flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed is highly desired.

Compensation:

Cook I $16.28
