Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items with precision and creativity
Maintain quality control for all dishes
Assist with food prep, ticket execution, and general kitchen cleanliness
Support dish room operations and other kitchen duties as needed
Uphold sanitation and food safety standards

Position Details:

Year-Round, Part-Time

Starting Wage: $20.58 per hour

Location: Crooked Tree Restaurant and Tavern at Cooper Spur

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Minimum 6 months of culinary experience or formal culinary education

Current Oregon Food Handlers Card and OLCC License, or ability to obtain

Experience in managing multi-course food service

Must be able to work weekends and holidays, especially during the winter season

Comfortable adapting to the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
