Beautiful 2-bdrm, 2 bath home on 3.5 acres, Fully furnished was a short term rental on Evolve. Each bedroom has its own deck. There is a caretaker on site sometimes and is in another building on site. 

Available November 15th. will do a minimum of 6 months. Water is included in rent. Electric renter pays 2/3. Water is included in the monthly price. Home has a beautiful hot tub.
