2nd room is furnished with a small couch, chair, table, hutch, TV w/Roku, electric fireplace heater and large storage closet.

Kitchenette is suitable for limited cooking and clean up. Stocked with 2 mini refrigerators, a 2 burner hot plate, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, hot pot, utensils and pots.

Owner occupies upstairs with pets. Pets are kept separate from rental space.

$950. Monthly includes all utilities and internet.

First / last and $200. refundable damage deposit needed.
