Construction Foreman

Full time   Compensation DOE

5 plus years’ experience with successful work history.

Day to day tasks vary based on construction project. 

Core duties on a regular basis:

• Organize daily jobs and work side by side with crew.
• Understand carpentry and all phases of construction.
• Read plans and technical drawings with attention to detail to lay out.
• Forecast and schedule materials with project manager.
• Complete project in timely manner.
• Exhibit effective written and verbal communication with crew and staff.
• Follow Safety Standards and OSHA regulations.
• Self-starter with time management skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and measuring tools. 

Steel building, concrete, reach fork experience is a plus.

Good physical condition with ability to lift, carry, dig and climb ladders safely indoors and outdoors.

Valid Driver License and clean driving record.  Pass Drug Test.
