Your Day-to-Day:
Set the kitchen up for success by completing opening/closing checklists
Prep a wide variety of meats, vegetables, and other ingredients
Portion, label, and store food following quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
Monitor stock levels and help ensure service runs smoothly
Support the line with whatever is needed to keep things flowing
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen is required
A love for kitchen prep, structure, and working as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
