The primary purpose of this position is to engage residents of low-income communities as partners inbuilding thriving communities while increasing their knowledge skills, and influence in local change. The Director of Civic Engagement’s role is to partner with stakeholders to organize, facilitate, and coordinate civic engagement activities. The position will also develop programs that foster civic engagement and leadership and identify where the agency can make a significant impact on civic and community engagement. All tasks will be performed in a safe and courteous manner consistent with all agency policies and state and federal law. Must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
This is a part-time position 20 hours a week with accrued pto.
