At Hood River Dental, we believe exceptional patient care begins long before a patient sits in a dental chair. We are seeking a Clinical/Dental Administrative Professional who is passionate about helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to improving health and changing lives.
This is more than a front desk position. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, support patients through their healthcare journey, and help create an exceptional experience from the first phone call through treatment completion.
What You’ll Do

Welcome patients and create a warm, professional experience

Schedule and coordinate hygiene and restorative appointments

Support treatment acceptance and patient follow-up

Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage

Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage communications

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Coordinate with providers and clinical team members to ensure a seamless patient experience

Support practice initiatives focused on patient health, education, and access to care

Help ensure no patient leaves without a clear next step in their care journey
What We’re Looking For

Dental or healthcare administrative experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

Comfort with technology and practice management software

Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
