Located right in the heart of Hood River, we have a very fun office that’s looking for just the perfect fit. And we are biased of course, but we have the most awesome and nicest patients around.
All of the normal hygiene skills are required, and of course, above all, we want someone to treat patients like family. Come to work, be fun, be helpful, be yourself, and then leave the stresses at the door as you enjoy your evenings and weekends.
We need 1-4 days per week, whatever you can give us! MY PREFERENCE would be full time though (4 days a week).
(Mondays, 11-7pm, 8-5pm tuesday-thursdays, Fridays 7-1pm)
Because this is an additional position we are adding, it’s very flexible. But the office is open 4 days a week and we have a 4 day weekend every other week. The office is set up for a fun lifestyle and we put that first.
Experience would be preferred but not absolutely essential as we have fantastic mentors there to guide your journey to get you the skills you need and we need as an office.
We are serious about gum disease and it’s total body health effects. Giving local anesthesia is a must at our office, but we can get you the training if you need it. SRP’s, Itero health scans, sealants, numbing for doctor procedures – all of these are necessary skills you will need to do well here! BUT, don’t be scared, we can teach you.
We do Invisalign, full mouth rehabilitations, implants, root canal procedures, SRP flap surgeries, etc etc – all of done right here at Schmidt Dental Center. You won’t have a boring life if you decide to make the move. The dental education you’ll get just by working here is immense!
