What You’ll Do:
- Regularly inspect the grounds, ensuring cleanliness and beauty by removing debris.
- Sweep roadsides, walkways, and gutters, maintaining tidy flower beds.
- Provide attentive care for lawn and turf areas through regular mowing.
- Ensure drainage ditches and culverts remain clear and functional.
- Maintain all interior and exterior plants, flowers, and shrubs, nurturing them to enhance guest experience.
- Manage cleanliness by emptying public trash receptacles and replacing liners.
- Rake and responsibly dispose of fallen leaves.
- Assist in planting grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs, directly contributing to the serene and inviting atmosphere our guests cherish.

- First Year: 88 hours/year, 120 max
- 1-5 Years: 128 hours/year, 160 max
- 5-10 Years: 168 hours/year, 200 max
- 10+ Years: 208 hours/year, 240 max
- WA Paid Sick Leave – Being sick is no vacation, so why use PTO for it? (Available to both full-time & part-time associates)
Competitive Pay:
17.00-19.00 /hour depending on experience
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday with occasional weekends 6:30am-3:00pm
What You Bring to the Team:
- A Valid driver’s license
- This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma.
