Responsibilities include client prospecting, maintaining relationships, and ensuring exceptional guest services at Mt. Hood Meadows and Cooper Spur Mountain Resort. Collaboration with internal event teams and external vendors is key to ensuring memorable guest experiences. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee recruitment, training, and goal alignment for their team, guiding them through the sales cycle for seamless client interactions.
Additional Duties:
– Attend relevant shows and meetings for business development
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
– Serve on the pricing committee
– Develop sales training and documentation
– Track commissions and exceed budget expectations
