Bi-lingual Childcare Provider Liaison

Bi-lingual Childcare Provider Liaison: This is a part–time independent contractor position with Washington Gorge Action Programs available immediately. The project will end in July 2026. The person in this position may work up to 25 hours per month within Klickitat County, with occasional visits to the eastern region (Bickleton and Roosevelt) required. Schedules are determined by the contractor, and the contractor is responsible for all self-employment taxes associated with the position. Mileage for travel outside the White Salmon/Bingen region of Klickitat County is reimbursed. Invoices are to be submitted monthly.

This position will be responsible for recruiting and supporting individuals as they work towards becoming a licensed home–based childcare provider in Klickitat County. Recruiting and supporting Spanish-speaking providers is the focus of this position. The established wage for this position is $50/hr.
