What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Read, check, and manage tickets as they come in—accuracy is your superpower!

• Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen looks perfect and matches the order.

• Be the friendly face that greets guests as they arrive or move throughout the restaurant.

• Support servers by clearing and resetting tables for arriving guests.

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant area.

• Keep service flowing by performing pre-shift prep and maintaining organized server stations.

• Collaborate with your teammates from servers, to cooks, to bartenders.

• Know the ins and outs of the operation – you’re the eyes and ears of the floor!

Scheduling & Hours:

• Because we’re open 24/7, 365 days a year, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is highly desired.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience expediting or serving in a high-volume environment.
• WA Food Handlers Certification.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
