Managing Gelato Maker

Artisan skill, flavor, the origin of ingredients, culture and history.  If these ignite your passion, come see where they meet and learn the artisanship of gelato making with Romeo Gelato. We’re looking for budding culinary artists who want to join our small family business and learn the traditions and skills of artisan gelato making, and how to manage professional gelato production. If you are keen to learn, have a love of the culinary arts, commercial kitchen experience, and problem solving skills, we want to welcome you into our small family business.

Responsibilities include making gelato from scratch, seeking out excellent ingredients, managing kitchen workflows and processes, and managing support staff. Compensation is tiered and increases quickly as you master distinct skill levels and responsibilities as you make your way to Gelato Chef. Requires a commitment of at least 30 hours per week.
